PERSONAL THERAPY

There are times when we feel so alone, we feel invalidated even with

family member and friends around. We feel that no one understands us and we seems to be hiding behind a façade as we live day-by-day. It's not a good feeling, it can be overwhelming and misunderstood. People around us are urging us and frequently asking "what's wrong with you?", or perhaps we managed to hide our negative emotions so well that others think we are fine. But deep down we know we are struggling, yet we do not want to worry our family members, we know we need to be understood, we know we need to crawl out of this slippery slope, we know that somehow, we need to get out of it as soon as we can. It’s just so uncomfortable.


In life there are no guarantees, except that in our journey towards self-actualization, we will probably be stuck momentarily. Somehow along the way we may need a little push, a little encouragement, a little acknowledgment of our current situation without being judged.
